jane videos

These are some cute videos of Jane from earlier this week.
She is defiantly getting this talking thing down a lot earlier then
Zachary did. It's cute to hear her say her little words.

September 17
Her "please" is so cute.

Zachary was sleeping a little too long!
Sometimes we have to help wake him. :)
She LOVES waking Zac.
I love her little arms..."Where's Zac?"

"Bye!"

Jane and I went to Target without Zac!
Instead of playing on the car isle the entire time,
we got to play with the dolls.
Trips are going to be harder with the two of them wanting to
go separate ways. :)

"baby"

She also is in love with dogs.
Great Grandma Passey sent a card with a dog on it.
She LOVED it. She would walk around
with it just pointing and saying "ruff."

She also loves this pull dog.
I love watching her walk backwards to watch it go.
Oh, and eyes are a favorite. :)

August 20-30: Everyday things.

 August 20
Perfect park day. It is so nice when you can go and not have
slides hot, but it is still warm out.
Jane started walking up all the stairs at the park.
Now that she is one, this girl thinks she really is three!!

Don't you love how he just wants to help?

We were hanging out in the guest bedroom after naps.
The kids were being really cute with each other.

I have not been able to run for months now.
My foot and shin have been hurting, so a few times a week we
go over to the Cooper's so I can use their elliptical.
Zac was playing in the room while I worked out.

August 21
Jane playing with her new doll.

There are two Elementary schools right by us.
After doing some visiting teaching we stopped by the one.
Kids were starting school the next day, so I think the Kindergarteners
were there meeting their teachers, so there were a few kids also playing.
Well, after watching some girls climb in the tree, Zachary decided it looked fun too.

Playing trains with his new Toy Story toys.
Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Passey!

August 22
 Jane's one year check up.
They love the fish at the doctors.

Afterwards we stayed in San Ramon and played
at one of our favorite parks we used to play at.

It was amazing seeing what Zac could do from just a few short
months. He could climb and do everything by himself!

I sent Lee a text of Jane saying
"she is ready for some downhill skiing."
Also note the little bandaids. :(

Just trying to rock Jane to sleep.
Hand it always up the sleeve. :)

August 23
Cardon and Anjuli came and visited!
We were so happy they came. They moved to Pebble Beach
not long after we moved. So it had been awhile. We had fun catching
up, showing our new place off, and going to a nearby park.

August 24
Lee is back in Dublin! Yay! We love having him so close.
He is now working on a middle school.
It was a busy day at the site, so we decided to come and watch some of
the work going on. The kids loved all the trucks and noises.

August 27
At the library.
I love the squence of pictures here.
Jane standing, Jane crawling up, and Jane sitting.
She likes to be right by her brother.

Someone has taken over my water bottle too!!

August 28
She loves to rub her food all over her face.
But then HATES getting it washed.

I finally got out the bike! We have been meaning to do a bike
ride for a long time. Jane loved the bike seat (and helmet)!
And Zac was able to ride fast on his balance bike.

I needed to bring cookies to YW, so Zac was my helper.
He mostly just loved his pile of chocolate chips. :)

I loved peaking in on him and seeing "one-six" laying on top of him.

Whenever Zac wakes up form a nap before Jane we play games.
He loves this one on one time.

Battleship is a favorite.
He was so cute telling me that mine "looked fantastic."
He then wanted to "match" mine."

Jane is so cute will all the pull toys.

August 29
Jane loves balls.
And uses the basketball hoop more then Zac ever has. :)
Hopfully being in the 98% for height will
pay off for her.

August 30
Jane loves to stand and feel the running water.

August is always busy with all the birthdays and end of summer plans!
We enjoyed all the family time and sunshine.

cousins

Being monkeys.
Cousins, Kya and Evie, came to visit for a week in August (13-19).
Zachary was way excited to have them come.
He is always asking to go to Hawaii so he can play with them.
(Little does he know they live in Idaho.)
We had a lot of fun with them. It was fun to have all of Lee's siblings together.

Visiting the San Fransisco Zoo

It's fun because now Zachary will stand on one foot and tell me he is a flamingo.

It's always fun to have people over to show you cool
things you can do with your toys. Kya was showing
Zac and Jane how you could use the fan to make the balloons go up in the air.
They were having so much fun.

We had a fun night with all of Lee's family in San Fransico.
We really enjoyed Les Mis, and I was surprised how many of the songs I knew from it.
We also enjoyed being away form our kids.
They had their first non-family babysitter and were wonderful.

The next morning we got ready and headed up to the cabin.
First stop before was to take the boat out.
We had two wonderful days of boating. The kids had a lot of fun swimming.
Zachary did the knee board with Lee and got out on the tube.
Z needed his backpack packed. He was ready to go!
Jane grabbed Grandpa's hat, wanted it on, and climbed up to drive.

Jane just loved watching all the action.

We took some family pictures while up at the cabin.

Cute twins!

Lee with his sisters: Kenzie, Jessica, Shelly, and Katie.
