Zac slept from 9-6:30.
Love it.
I have been known for my love of sleeping.
As a kid I would pretend to be sleeping all the time. Many times I would just lay down where ever I was and sleep.
In high school I would take a shower at night and go to bed around 9:30-10:00. (Ann and I would stress out if we were any later then 10 on getting to bed!) In the mornings I would wake up to my dad saying "scripture time" at 6:30. And at 6:50 you could find me getting back into bed until 7:05. Then I would get ready so fast, and be picking up Wendy for school at 7:20.
I would also be known for taking three(+) hour naps on Sunday. Sometimes even at Wendy's house! (We took many naps while hanging out.)
At BYU I did not get as much sleep as I would have liked, but I got more then most. Jenna and I always were the "party poopers" always going to bed. (Ear plugs were a must!)
In the BYU locker room you could find me on the couch, asleep.
In the Student Athlete Center you might have found me taking a "cat nap."
I might have even taken turns with Jenna in class on taking naps and notes.
When I was student teaching the teacher once asked me if I had a night job. I told her "no." I found myself always falling asleep observing. She thought that was why I was always so tired. Nope, I just really wanted to be taking a nap.
(Oh, once I even felt my eyes rolling to the back of my head when I was talking to a 2nd grade student. He was like "what is wrong with your eyes?")
When we would go on track trips I would always have good intentions on doing homework on the airplane, but I was ALWAYS out before we even took off. I was always so bummed because I would load my backpack with books. The airport just makes me tired!
I also might have fallen asleep the first time I hung out with Lee.
When we got married I had to teach Lee the joys of sleeping in. And taking naps. I sometimes found him sleeping longer then me!
So...I hope that Zachary wants to keep this up!
It sure makes mommy happy.
