Start of December Fun

December has been a fun month. We have done lots and lots.
The month started out busy and ended up even busier.
We had a bunch of fun with the kids.
We got together with a lot of friends and enjoyed family too.

While I was at YW the kids made cookies. Lee texted me
these pictures. Jane was overly excited about her first taste of cookie dough.

She was taking forever to finish her sucker before bed.
She decided to just brush while finishing it off.

Livermore Light parade.
We got a pizza and sat and watched the parade.
Our kids love parades and loved all the music.
They were dancing in the street along with other kids.

Dinner with friends. Showing their funny faces. :)

Aunt Ann sent us count downs. They had to be hidden
on top the fridge everyday, or we might have eaten them all the first day.

FHE telling the story of Jesus birth.

Shopping!!

Because of rain, we had to hold off a little on getting our Christmas tree.
Zac was super excited to decorate it. He did a pretty good job, and was super
excited about the cluster of silver ones that he did.
Pretty much the kids wanted the lights on the tree all day, everyday, during the
month of December. We also had a little one next to the fireplace that needed to be on too.

I thought he did a pretty good job.
I'm always amazed when he puts on another piece without it falling.

At our friends for some cookie decorating.

Candy Trains. Perfect for train loving boys.

Making cards for the YW Christmas presents.

Z little preschool put on a short program.
They did a little nativity scene. Zac's part was "this is the angel proclaming the birth."
He said it so soft that I don't think anyone heard him. They sang some songs.
It was fun to see him in front of people.

Oakland Temple Lights.
It was cold and windy. But Zac kept warm running around like crazy.

First ponytail.
She was super cute. She is pretty good at sitting for them now.

Jane is super good at feeding herself.
It's a good thing becuse she will not let you help her.
She was beyond excited about her cottage cheese for lunch.
(I am amazed that she can do cereal and soup too.)

Beautiful morning run.
(Before it started getting cold out!)

Round 2 of Candy trains with the Cooper's and friends.
Kids did trains and adults did a mountain scene.

Zac looks so big with his preschool class. What a big girl Jane is while eating too. They are getting so much older so fast.

A. Jane is adorable! I love the picture of "shopping" where she is checking herself out.
B. LOVE the picture of Zac at the temple lights. Um, "running around like crazy" sounds like an understatement.
C. You have officially one-upped the candy train building with the "Mountain Scene." We will not even attempt to compete with the awesomeness.
