SUMMER!!
Last week we went with our friends, the Babcocks,
to "family night" at the rodeo.
We sat up high so the boys could have room to run around.
We were glad it was a free night...
Zac and Colby only lasted about an hour.
But, it was still fun to go.
Zac was really loving walking close to the horses
as we were walking to and from the car.

This week we all the sudden hit summer.
It's been in the 90's the last two days.
Yesterday Zac and I headed over to a park nearby.
If we go to a park with sand we spend
about 90% of our time playing in it.
Especially if there are trucks and nice kids who share them.

They have a splash pad there, but the water was so COLD.
So Zac didn't really want to get very wet.
He was way more into the fountain.
(I think the rocks helped.)
As we were sitting by the fountain there
was a little boy (not pictured) who
wanted Zac to fish with him (mind you there was no fish).
He brought over a fishing pole (a stick) for Zac to use.
It was pretty cute.
Picnic lunch.
Today we went swimming.
It was a big hit.
We are excited to do more.

I had to share these last two pictures...
Tonight Lee had a church meeting,
so he brought Zac to me during mutual.
He showed up with a tie on (just like dad was wearing).
He was too cute.

What a cute boy! The next time you are in Utah we need to take Zac to the "Wilson Farm" to ride one of my dad's mules!
the tie with t-shirt seems awfully familiar . . . :)
Gotta love all of the things you have to do near by - the park looks like a really nice one. And a rodeo? supposedly there's one not far from us either. Who knew?
I love watching older kids and toddlers interact - it's so much fun!
